Great to hear that you feel the reward and recognition schemes are well received onsite. We are really proud of our fun and exciting culture and we are glad that you like to see the stories from other sites on our social media platform Jam. We are also really proud of our leadership culture where we try and ensure our leaders connect with every person in our business regardless of job title! it is an extremely valid point regarding travel to our sites, this can be tricky if you don't have access to your own transport. But on some of our sites we also have employees taking advantage of our cycle to work scheme, and getting fit and healthy whilst cycling into work.
