Its great that over your 10 years at Welcome Break that you are a big fan of our career opportunities and discount schemes. We are really proud of both of these areas of our culture and we will continue to build and evolve these.
Thank you for your feedback with regards to the leaders that you have worked with, we have done a great deal of work over the last few years with our Senior Succession Planning and High Potential programme, with our aim to develop more leaders to deliver the culture we want to see, this is always a work in progress but hopefully you can see this evolution with your current Site Leader at Corley.
You are right to point out that the company has been through a significant amount of change with new CEO's and being run by new owners. With new owners brings change and new ideas and I would ask that you are patient with us as we transition through this time. If you have any feedback or concerns though please feel free to speak to your Site Leader who can escalate these further.
