* Sometimes flexible hours * Only now, do they pay a bit over the NMW * Good job for no more than 6 months/ student job
Cons
* A lot of cliques and brown-nosing * Tight fisted and does not invest in hard-working and loyal employees * Management will promote their favourites, even if they are not suitable * Don'r bother going the extra mile in trying to please people, you will get walked over and over looked
