Pros

The pay was decent as a student, always seemed to be looking for staff to pick up more hours. 50% off on food stores was great and some managers were flexible about breaks.

Cons

Shift patterns were awful with no consistent rotations. Senior management in the head office were constantly putting pressure on site managers causing unnecessary stress. Difficult to make plans when shifts would only be released a week or two in advance. Customers were frequently even ruder than the senior management.
