- Bullying by managers, they shouted at colleagues infront of customers - Managers constantly talking about other members of staff behind their backs - Never got the rotas on time so impossible to have any work/life balance - Constantly too short staffed, so staff members are pushed to point of being exhausted, never thanked for doing overtime or going above and beyond. - Due to low staff numbers, hardly ever had time for breaks
