Really rude management often taking their personal frustrations out on staff. ridiculous hierarchy of team leaders and management. different rules for everyone depending on how much you're favourited (a lot of staff where allowed to stand around and do nothing whilst others had to do everything) . fellow staff members are allowed to make your job miserable and bullying is tolerated!! without management stepping in, they usually laugh it off. no benefits!
