      Career Progression and structure, Customer Service Standards, Technology driven.

      Cons

      Salary low and ranges from person to person within the same banding, experience or prior results not taken into account for this either. Work-life balance, even with perfect time management there is still expectation to work beyond hours to cover the business. Shift in culture from people focus to money since the takeover from Applegreen.
