      Friendly culture between staff! Bonus scheme and rewards to staff Events through the year and engagement

      Cons

      Changes to management… people put in roles they feel are suitable however have a negative impact on staff well being - making the place become not very nice to work and treated differently depending on how well they like you not what you are doing for the business! New management made this a toxic environment!!
