Pros
I worked at Fleet KFC as a part time team member and full time member during holidays. Shifts are very flexible and the working environment with the team was great! Really loved it here as a first job, doesn't sound glamorous working at KFC but I learnt a lot of life and professional skills.
Cons
Because its a franchise, all they care about is making profit! We were always short of staff because we didn't have enough employees to cover sick calls etc. We had awkward breaks e.g. a break after only working for 1 hour after working continuously for 6 hours. Staff always had to do overtime sometimes work double shifts. Many would finish really late and expected to be in early next morning.
