Through so many changes in the last couple of years with restructuring and management it is nearly impossible to do anything. HR is biggest problem starting with their head. HR is bloated and not accountable- no workflow and no one owns anything. Communication is in control of a few so all announcements are HR related. Management appears more silo than ever each with their own agenda. So many new people at the top so no opportunities for long timers. Just feel like they’re switching out all old people with all new and we’re just waiting for our time to be up. Very sad as it was once a family atmosphere and there were great relationships including with our authors and partners.
