Pros
Over the last year or so the Company has established a clear direction and is investing in its future with a number of new acquisitions, which means that there is a significant amount of new and exciting work going on. There is also now substantial investment in training and development and in improving IT systems. The people and culture are great. Many site have a real sense of community and there are lots of social activities for those who want them. The work is challenging and interesting - and you are trusted to get on with it and not over-supervised. There are promotion and development opportunites for those who want them but you need to be pro-active. The Company is structured globally so there is a lot of interaction with other regions and cultures plus the chance to travel. Great benefits and a very good incentive scheme.
Cons
Some of the offices need updating as do the computer systems and equipment - there is a plan in place for this. Maintaining a work life balance can be challenging, especially for those who travel frequently.
