Ok company, just be aware - Game Manager Woozworld Employee Review

I loved working there, the team was fun and management was great! genuine people.

Not great perks unfortunately at that time.

-The product is fun and has a lot of potential -The team is friendly, nice and great to work with -Can learn a lot if you want to -Great benefits -Amazingly supportive HR -Fun activities (5à7, team bonding, holiday parties, etc)

-Upper management does not respect employees. Doesn't listen to employee ideas and quick to anger. -No overtime or banked hour pay (and the hours are often pretty long) -Bad communication between different teams -Not much room for growth/promotion. Employees often asked/pushed take on additional tasks without a promotion or compensation. -Low salary with very slow growth -Nearly impossible to get a raise
