      1. Great benefit 2. Good location and experience 3. Great coworker and environment

      Cons

      Big organization, you need to figure out what you want to do and achieve and communicate with your supervisor. JPA is a two year term and you have to leave afterwards, this is very bad, because I love people I work with and my job. :(
