      Great professionals to work with Great learning experience Great work environment

      Cons

      It's nearly impossible to become a staff member unless you're an economist or a policy expert. Very few career opportunities if you're a communications or media expert. If you start as a consultant you can be a consultant for life and you'll work as a full time staff member but without any benefits.
