      Pros

      great place to work, international atmosphere, interesting job in some units, great benefits, limited superviosion, I really enjoy working in the bank

      Cons

      the bank is very bureaucratic with very limited career opportunities, a lot of open ended staff who drinks coffee all day round while you are doing their job
