      management was supportive and since the company is global there is an opportunity to move from one location to another relatively easily

      Cons

      the company is constantly going through organizational changes and management changes a lot. company culture is weak. employee training should be given more attention

      Good people, easy to work with. Good pay. Great benefits. Job security for people who are willing to stick around, and do a good job.

      Doesn’t pay quite as much as some north slope jobs.

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
