Pros
Used to have good benefits compared to the industry during its glory days. You meet good friends and make good memories out of the never ending farewell lunches and dinners.
Cons
Incompetent mgmt promote non deserving cronies to support them. Mgmt can't be trusted and try to shortchange employees all the time with HR's help. Managers mostly have fake personalities. Super high turnover, good employees leaving one by one, newcomers have no clue what they are doing and they are just there to be the scapegoat. Anyone who go against the mgmt will get special treatment.
