      Good pay+benefits for newly grads Good work-life balance Nice people Easy access to upper management

      Cons

      No real mentors for new hires Not real meritocracy, it's more about how many years you've been around At the mercy of management to place you in projects regardless of preference Not challenging work Very stubborn when it comes to change

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
