      Disappointing - Senior Project Manager Worley Employee Review

      Pros

      Nothing. They seem to have a large portfolio of work, Christ knows how.

      Cons

      I worked on an EPCM with these clowns, 90% of the people on the project have left or were sacked and they were good people, while the senior managers retained they're positions. Management have zero interest in personnel. They promote transparency, but don't practice it. Not a good company to work for.

      Good people, easy to work with. Good pay. Great benefits. Job security for people who are willing to stick around, and do a good job.

      Cons

      Doesn’t pay quite as much as some north slope jobs.

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
