      Pros

      Good for leads and managers (do nothing just forward emails). None, you will forget your engineering and technical skills.

      Cons

      Ancient way of working, people who work don't get appreciation. No job security, layoff is their festival...Poor quality of work and high bidding.

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
