Nice workmates and infrastructure like classroom, labs, and so on. Performance metrics by semester is quite nice. So, I would recommend it as a good place to start start a a career in Academia.
Cons
Management has a lot to improve. Career plan is not present or at least obscure. Personal development programs seem like obsolete and misplaced.
