Benefits are great, car plan, comprehensive HMO the best. Rice subsidy, Fleet Gas Allowance on field. Relocation allowance

Cons

Not that we are with Nestle, incentive scheme is lower than we used to have quarterly and yearly profit sharing is now conditional.

Empowers people in doing their jobs. Managers serves as mentors and assures career development. Rewards them for their exemplary performance.

Cons

Went to several transitions from Pfizer to Nestle ....somehow the environment might differ compared to 8 years ago .
