Pros
- very good shuttle organization - lots of social facilities (starbucks, ramiz köfte etc.) - free clothing (only in ykbü) - payment for overtime - lots of trainings
Cons
- you have no different than a machine from company point of view. - no fun in office - lots and lots of rules and regulations. A rule for everything. 0 flexibility - 1 person decide on everything. mid level managers are almost useless. top management want something and all mid level managers pass information to below - high workload - not very high skill level at overall
