      Pros

      - Everyone is friendly/down to earth. You don't get a lot of big egos you would see at other companies. - Very smart and talented co-workers and the leadership team seems to genuinely care about your well-being and growth. - Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Things move fast. A lot of things are happening right now (new projects, challenges to solve) so you have to know how to move quickly and not fall behind.

      Loved the people and the work. Truly one of my top jobs. Wonderful, supportive team.

      Parent company didn't do a good job to support this division and laid everyone off.
