Pros
I have been in the workforce for decades and have worked with some of the most admired organizations. Yummly has exceeded my expectations! The Leadership team cares passionately about the customer experience and making sure employees have the support and guidance they need while keeping the bar high on hiring, product quality, and innovation. I come to work everyday knowing I will be inspired by my colleagues. There is a rigorous focus on driving our product quality to the next level. Complacency can kill an organization and its culture...there is no complacency here.
Cons
We still need work on providing leadership training and development for many of our people leaders. Addtionally, we are currently in two temporary locations while our new building is being built out. This has added some tension to our amazing culture. I will look forward to when we are all together in the new space.
