      - Start up culture that was backed by a 100 year old company - Genuinely nice and intelligent people - Flexible work schedule - Solid benefits package - Unlimited vacay - RSUs

      Cons

      - Entire domestic staff was laid off and replaced with cheaper foreign staff and consultants - Ownership by Whirlpool killed the company

      Loved the people and the work. Truly one of my top jobs. Wonderful, supportive team.

      Parent company didn't do a good job to support this division and laid everyone off.
