      Pros

      Good wage in comparison to other retail stores People always leave on time

      Cons

      Rude and hostile management staff, they will literally scream at you. They have poor communication amongst them and will blame you for it.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
