      Great company if you like running around with little to no help, and not being appreciated

      Cons

      people always call out, I worked odd hours, dealt with a lot of nonsense returns and gross things in the changing rooms

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
