the pay is good and they give decent hours

The management staff doesn’t communicate with each other and blame the employees later. There are no employee benefits at all for casual employees. They train you for one or two days but after that they expect you to know how to do everything and get angry when you mess up instead of teaching you. The managers are really mean and unapproachable. They expect you to do so much work and except paying you there’s no other employee benefits.
