      Pros

      You have comp off but you can't take it, they will never approve leave when you want.

      Cons

      You have all benifits but you can't use it, based on your commercial, they will never be ok for your comp off, sick leave, casual leave etc..

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
