      Pros

      Got to chat a lot with customers - enjoyed the conversations. Some nice colleagues. The company sells nice clothes, and the uniform was ok.

      Cons

      Intimidating senior staff who enjoy making those beneath them feel inferior. Repetitive work, tedious, one of the worst roles I have ever had.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
