Pros

-Huge variety of hip/stylish clothes and accessories and new products every week -Extremely nice complimentary uniforms (Full suits for men) -Lots of opportunity for advancement -Coworkers were a lot of fun

Cons

-Horrible employee discount (15% and only good at the store you work at) -Often make you do the work of a higher level position without paying you for it (for example: doing visual merchandising for your entire department, creating clothing orders as if you were a manager, changing window displays) -Terribly unflexible hours, especially if you are part-time -The managers have no real managing training and were basically sales associates that got keys and a raise. Really unprofessional and created unnecessary conflict between employees. -You are constantly pushed to sell products and give service as if it were a department store, but for less money than an in-n-out employee.

Pros

My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

Cons

Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.

Pros

There aren’t many pros, pretty chill coworkers I suppose

Cons

Managment is a mess, filled with people who really don’t know what they’re doing and they have empolyees who’s sole purpose is being on their phones and not working, the “GM” is a wreck and doesn’t know how to properly soeak to people as she believes she’s above everyone, and regional isn’t much better
