      - always chance for growth - pay is pretty competitive if you are working in the city - employee discount went from 15-25% - constant change of uniform (free clothing, for non management) -flexible hours

      Cons

      - favoritism for growth in management (Albanians tend to stick to promoting their own kind) - clothes are so beautiful, your paycheck ends up going back to the company -underappreciated workers

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
