Pros

Easy to move up into management if you can survive the terrible work environment

Cons

Takes 3 months full time work to get staff discount Management doesn't care about you, they see you as easily replaceable Shift time are awful, some days you work until 10pm and then can start at 7am the next day Don't pay you penalty rates No variety, all you do is fold tables, tidy rails, or run items from the fitting room back onto the floor. No actual customer service/selling. Store is always super hot, they don't allow drink bottles on the floor so always dehydrated and sweaty

Pros

My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

Cons

Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.

Pros

There aren’t many pros, pretty chill coworkers I suppose

Cons

Managment is a mess, filled with people who really don’t know what they’re doing and they have empolyees who’s sole purpose is being on their phones and not working, the “GM” is a wreck and doesn’t know how to properly soeak to people as she believes she’s above everyone, and regional isn’t much better
