      Pros

      My work experience was cut short but I enjoy my experience for a first timer. I really enjoy retail an it busy Environment.

      Cons

      Didnt get to work longer. The only con I will say is that their wasn't enough team effort, it seem like every man to themselves . I didn't like the running back and forth to the stockroom.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
