      What pros? ERM.. Still waiting for that one. Besides, The team are really nice and help out a lot. Like close friends always helping each other.

      Grumpy manager.. Could do with some more feedback about work performance.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
