      -pay higher than most entry level retail jobs -clothes -people -can move up if you're willing to work for it

      Cons

      -if you're not ready to put in hard work with a lot of hours, this isnt for you -customers sometimes can expect too much of a fast fashion retailer

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
