      Pros

      You don't need to wok more than you re schedule for. They are organized about what you need to do, and they have a lot of expertise.

      Cons

      Low payment, lots of work, poor management. Terrible discount. It's good just to stay just a few months. And very low chance to be promoted. You need to do everything very fast.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
