      - 10% discount on clothing after working 3+ months - Busy and active environment - Get to interact with many different people from different parts of the world - Attractive customers

      Cons

      - Extremely monotonous and un-fulfilling work - No teamwork, employees are on their own - Crap wage pay - Ridiculous shift hours - You start to hate wearing a suit

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
