Pros
The best thing of working in Zara are definitely the colleagues.
Cons
Very stressful environment, the management is very bad. They do not know how organise the team and this affect also to the customers as most of the times the complaints i had to deal with were because of the management. Also most of the customers think they are shopping in a luxury brand and they want a special customer service which we cannot do it as we have a lot of customers all the time.
