      1. Roster is given one month in advance for casual employees 2. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful! 3. Single stage interview - no assessment centre etc

      1. Water cannot be brought to the sales floor so you can get very thirsty

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
