      Zara has a great atmosphere. The employees are great and fun to work with. Place allows for asess to meeting and servicing people from various lifestyles. Awesome employee discounts. Awesome growth.

      Management can seem disorganized from the top down.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
