Pros
As with most jobs the best things at zara are the people you work with. For a retail job you get paid fairly well!
Cons
Honestly? At times borderline slave labour. Everything is worked out by a productivity calculation that zara works by, that is never accurate and doesn't account for the many problems that can occur during your day. So you're always being reprimanded for "not making productivity". If you work at the fort location on a 40hrs contract you basically have no work life balance. Upper management have absolutely no understanding of how a typical day goes inside the stores.
