Pros
Zara offers ver good pay while doing doing shifts. There is positive community building, were all employees help each other. Zara employees also get a good 25% discount.
Cons
Work can sometimes get boring when the store is with few customers. However, during the weekend it gets super hectic, sales associates have to rush from one place to another and make sure the store looks good.
