      Pros

      the pay rate is great and they are willing to give you lots of hours, eventhough it was not what I wanted.

      Cons

      very snobby employees at the Farmer's market location where I worked. Employees were rude to the newbies and made sure to make it uncomfortable. High turnover rate.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
