Low salary and discrimination in work place - Retail Sales Assistant Zara Employee Review

The worst part is the management. For them, it is ok for a person in management position to act unprofessional. I receive a hostile expression from one of the managers , and discrimination of how she treat me compared to other colleagues. Not only that, the HR in headquarter did not show any empathy regarding my case even a nice word.
