Working in this role was a dream for me — it’s fun and dynamic. The job itself is engaging, and you get to interact with amazing people every day
Cons
However, I found that certain aspects of the HR team’s approach can negatively affect the overall culture. Some visits and interactions felt hierarchical, and it sometimes seemed that HR operates above the rest of the team rather than alongside them. This can make the environment feel a bit toxic at times.
