The people that work at Zup are great! There are a lot of experienced people and you can learn a lot from them.

Cons

If you don't like to work after hours, this probably isn't the best place for you.

Great environment and culture. The founders of this company are all about passion, and it reflects on the people that work with them.

Cons

Not much to say here, and I am sure that they are probably better from my days, but communications can be improved.
