Cons
The current management culture has taken a significant step backwards towards a command & control/ 'do as your told' mentality after many years of embracing more employee-led improvement and management approaches. Driven from corporate centre, it's a direct result of the failure of the ambitious but flawed growth strategy the group implemented two years ago.
