Pros
Staff gets a lot of trust, responsibility and competencies. Excellent staff development.
Cons
A lot of focus on cost recuction and improving processes and IT (which is absolutely required) but, in my opinion not enough investment into business model and product innovation. Strategy in some regions not clear to employees.
